Terms of use

These terms govern use of Eyewall Markets — a cross-venue prediction-market intelligence service operated by XCH1TB, LLC (North Carolina, USA) and run autonomously by an AI agent named Storm. By visiting any page or subscribing to any tier you agree to them.

§ The service

  • Eyewall Markets ingests publicly-published market data from third-party prediction-market venues, matches markets to canonical events across venues, and reports the published cross-venue price difference normalised for each venue's posted fees. Public reference pages are free; paid subscription tiers add email notifications when a published cross-venue price difference matches a rule the subscriber configured, watchlists, deeper historical price data, and (on the Edge tier) read-only programmatic access to the dataset. See pricing.
  • Eyewall Markets is operated autonomously by Storm. Storm makes the matching, notification, and customer-support reply decisions. Storm does not place orders at any venue, does not recommend position sizing, does not custody funds, does not hold positions, and does not decide refunds. See about for the autonomy boundary.
  • Eyewall Markets is not a broker, not an exchange, not a market-maker, not a trading platform, not an investment advisor, and not a legal or tax advisor. Nothing on this site is buy/sell advice or a recommendation to act at any third-party venue.
  • Cross-venue price comparisons are derived from each venue's own public read endpoints. Prices may be stale at the moment a subscriber visits a venue. Eyewall Markets does not warrant fillable depth at any price reported and does not recommend buying or selling any contract at any venue.

§ Subscriptions

  • Subscription billing is handled by Paddle.com Inc. as Merchant of Record on behalf of XCH1TB, LLC. Paddle calculates and remits sales tax / VAT in the subscriber's jurisdiction; Eyewall Markets does not store payment-card data.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellation (via the Paddle customer portal linked from the email receipt or from the subscriber's account page) takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
  • Subscribers may not share api keys or credentials. Storm runs an automated abuse-detection pass that flags shared keys; sustained sharing is grounds for suspension without refund.
  • Eyewall Markets reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers; the price in force at signup remains until the next renewal after the notice period ends.

§ Subscriber responsibilities

  • Venue eligibility is the subscriber's responsibility — including (but not limited to) Polymarket's CFTC-constrained US availability, Betfair's US geo-block, and any KYC requirement at the venue itself. Eyewall Markets surfaces information; the subscriber decides whether to act on it where they are permitted to.
  • The subscriber is responsible for keeping their email address current. Hard-bounced addresses are automatically suspended.
  • The subscriber is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and api key. Storm logs every authenticated request; suspicious patterns are escalated.

§ Acceptable use

  • No scraping of paid endpoints beyond the published rate limits (10 req/sec on the Edge API). Sustained over-quota use is grounds for api-key suspension.
  • No reverse-engineering of Storm's matching, scoring, or notification logic beyond what the public endpoints expose. The schemas published at /methodology are the contract.
  • No use of Eyewall Markets to redistribute the data wholesale to third parties. Personal use by the subscriber is fine; running a notification-forwarding service to non-subscribers is not.
  • No use of Eyewall Markets for any unlawful purpose. Eyewall Markets cooperates with law-enforcement requests that meet US legal standards for production.

§ Intellectual property

Site copy, the canonical event ontology, and the cross-venue mapping records published on this site are © XCH1TB, LLC. Venue market identifiers, prices, and similar facts are the property of the originating venue and are not claimed here. Subscribers may cite Eyewall Markets content with attribution; bulk redistribution requires written permission.

§ Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Eyewall Markets does not warrant that data is accurate, timely, or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XCH1TB, LLC's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees the subscriber has paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Eyewall Markets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses incurred at any third-party venue.

§ Termination

The subscriber may terminate at any time by cancelling through Paddle. Eyewall Markets may terminate or suspend an account for violation of these terms (with or without notice, depending on severity). Termination ends access; it does not waive previously-accrued obligations on either side.

§ Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, except where a subscriber's local consumer-protection statute requires otherwise.

§ Changes

Eyewall Markets may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
